Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for driving the overall performance, profitability, and operational excellence of the assigned store. The role leads all aspects of store operations — including sales achievement, merchandising, inventory management, customer experience, financial performance, compliance, and people development—to ensure the delivery of exceptional shopping experiences while achieving business objectives. The Store Manager champions operational excellence, builds high-performing teams, and collaborates with cross - functional partners to support sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed the store's sales and EBIT targets by driving business performance, implementing promotional activities, and identifying opportunities to improve sales.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring proper merchandising, inventory management, product quality, store security, housekeeping, and compliance with operational standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by fostering a customer-focused culture, addressing customer concerns promptly, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Lead, coach, and develop store personnel by strengthening product knowledge, customer service, performance, and compliance with company policies and disciplinary standards.
• Analyze business performance, monitor market and sales trends, and collaborate with Head Office and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that improve store performance.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related four-year course.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in a retail or service-oriented organization.
