Job Summary
Aqua Smartguard Corp, a leading water purification solutions provider in the Philippines is actively looking for aggressive and highly performing individuals for a very rewarding and exciting position in our MOA flagship store.
We are looking for Store Manager who will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the business unit, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, superior customer experience, and compliance with company policies.
The role provides leadership to the sales team by driving productivity, coaching employees, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring the store consistently reflects the company's premium brand image.
The Store Manager is expected to lead by example through active selling, excellent customer service, effective team management, and sound business judgment while continuously identifying opportunities to increase revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, subscription goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and execute store-level sales strategies and action plans to increase customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and implement immediate corrective actions when targets are not being met.
- Personally participate in selling activities, product demonstrations, and customer consultations to contribute directly to store sales.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives that increase store traffic and sales.
- Present monthly performance and strategic plan to the executives and directors.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every customer receives professional product consultation and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business, referrals, and subscription renewals.
- Ensure the showroom consistently presents a clean, organized, welcoming, and premium shopping environment.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, motivate, coach, and inspire the store team to consistently achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and development discussions with team members.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new employees to ensure they meet company standards and sales expectations.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and a positive work culture through open communication and continuous feedback.
- Prepare staff schedules that maximize productivity while ensuring adequate store coverage during peak and promotional periods.
Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency in scheduling, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely replenishment of products.
- Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, product availability, and minimize inventory losses.
- Ensure all store assets, equipment, displays, and facilities are properly maintained.
- Laisse with MOA admin and other offices for smooth operations
Marketing and Business Development
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department in planning and executing promotional campaigns, in-store events, and community engagement activities.
- Recommend local marketing initiatives and promotional programs that drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Support the implementation of company-wide marketing campaigns and product launches.
Financial and Administrative Management
- Manage store operating expenses within approved budgets while maximizing profitability.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, financial reporting, and administrative documentation.
- Prepare and submit timely operational, sales, inventory, and performance reports required by management.
- Work closely with other relevant departments to effectively and efficiently conduct business and achieve sales target.
Technical Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while effectively leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive employee performance.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, merchandising, inventory management, and financial performance monitoring.
- Knowledgeable in sales and marketing principles, business development, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capable of learning retail POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended business hours when required.
Compensation Package
- Salary Offer: Php 35,000.00 to Php 40,000.00 (subject for adjustment upon reaching sales targer or regularization)
- Individual sales commission and override incentive on group performance
- HMO and Insurance provided upon regularization.
