Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in San Fernando. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, implement sales strategies, and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring adherence to company policies, addressing customer needs, and executing loss prevention measures where necessary. The role also involves monitoring store performance and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Proven skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and maintain Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively coach and manage a team
• Leadership experience and the ability to drive team performance and achieve sales goals
• Problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in San Fernando
