Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Service Representative, located in Mabalacat. The Guest Service Representative will greet and assist guests upon arrival and during their stay, handle check-in and check-out processes, address guest inquiries, and resolve any concerns to ensure a pleasant experience. Additional responsibilities include managing bookings and reservations, coordinating with other hotel departments, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere in alignment with the standards of Park Inn by Radisson Clark.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including a friendly and professional approach and active listening
• Proficiency in managing reservations and front desk operations
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address guest concerns effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for coordinating with various departments
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Experience in the hospitality industry or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required
