Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance skills and performance.
Develop sales strategies to improve store performance and achieve targets.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Selling Skills, Administrative skills, Management, Leadership
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
With familiarity on the operations of a Motorcycle industry
Can handle operations and branch personnel
Has the knowledge on how sales and marketing works
Can work under pressure
Has the ability to multi-task
