Interview Process Timeline End to End - 2 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Django (Python) and React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features across both Swell AI and Drafthorse platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team and personal learning.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform optimization for web applications.
- Implement best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development, specifically with Django and React.js.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL preferred), and backend logic.
- Experience with Git version control and agile development workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
