Job description:
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex test yield and quality issues.
- Optimize test processes to improve yield, throughput, uptime, and cost of test
- Analyse test data and trends using data driven methodologies to identify improvement opportunities and prevent escapes.
- Define and enforce test process standards, best practices, and documentation.
- Support NPI activities, including test readiness, characterization, correlation, and production ramp.
- Support customer and internal audits by providing technical expertise and documentation.
- Mentor and technically guide junior and mid-level engineers and act as a technical escalation point for critical manufacturing issues.
Profile description:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 Years Experience
- Can lead a small team consisting of Engineers and Technicians for Continuous Improvement Projects
