Staff Accountant(US Healthcare)

Rate: $1100/Month + $36 Medical Stipend after the 4th month

Nautical Staffing is Looking for a dedicated Staff accountant to help our client in the Healthcare Industry:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct general bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate and organized records.

- Perform bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations.

- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies as needed.

- Carry out internal audits and reviews to maintain compliance with internal policies.

- Review and categorize expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and financial guidelines.

- Prepare monthly financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Process payroll chargebacks and other pertinent transactions.

- Post expenses and manage financial entries

- Support additional accounting functions and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Must have 3-5 years of experience in US healthcare accounting

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Proficiency in Sage Intacct is preferred

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities

- Must be willing to work full-time during US Pacific business hours
