Your Role
- Job duties include but are not limited to limited to Review of monthly billing statements, Vendor invoice coding, land lease billing statements/payment, posting deposits for SoCal, and Corporate Accounts Receivable status updates.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties required to drive consistent implementation of best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain current industry knowledge by reading professional publications and exploring on-the-job education opportunities.
- Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once, particularly during month and year-end.
- Other duties and special project assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Accounting Software and Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written English at a good level
