Your Role:
As a Staff Accountant, you will:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accounting clients.
- Enter and import financial data, perform bank reconciliations, and process payroll entries.
- Handle month-end accounting activities and maintain fixed asset records.
- Assist with tax return preparation during busy season.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and support other ad-hoc accounting projects as needed.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles (cash and tax basis).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO certification preferred).
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and spreadsheet management).
- Experience with Ramp and/or Rippling is an advantage.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while learning new systems.
