YOUR ROLE
PRODUCT SUSTAINING FUNCTION (daily)
- Conducts major preliminary product failure analysis using automated test equipment (ATE) and various applicable electronic bench equipment
- Monitors test cell performance such as site-to-site variation, tester to tester performance, and retest recovery rate and provides preliminary containment actions or solutions to set-up issues
- Performs manual verification of open/short (O/S), parametric, and functional rejects
- Performs troubleshooting on major set-up issues
YIELD / SEMI-FINISHED VARIANCE / TEST TIME IMPROVEMENT (as needed)
- Assists in yield loss analysis using ATE debug tools, x-ray equipment, Galaxy STDF examinator, and electronic bench equipment
- Assists in the execution of engineering evaluations and improvement projects
REPORTS
- Generates Hold reports (twice daily)
- Generates shift report (daily)
- Generates reliability tests report (as needed)
TEST PROGRAM (TP) QUALIFICATION AND RELEASE (as needed)
- Performs test program manual loading
- Performs test program functionality test
- Validates test data feedback compliance
- Performs in test program trials
- Performs minor troubleshooting on test program issues
HOLD LOTS AND MAVERICK DISPOSITION (daily)
- Executes hold disposition in reference to existing procedures such as out-of-control action plan (OCAP) and batch release tools
- Executes additional instructions from TPE and Division
- Updates test instructions results at MRB tool for Quality hold lots
SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, GOOD HOUSEKEEPING, AND SECURITY (daily)
Shift leaders as ERT members
- Disseminates, explains, and complies with rules and regulations on safety, health, environment, good housekeeping, and security in the area of responsibility so that applicable rules and regulations are understood and implemented
Your Skills & Experiences
- Graduate of BS Industrial Technology or Engineering degree in the field of ME, ECE, Comp Eng
- Willing to learn semiconductor product and its practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- English business proficiency
