Role Description

The Sr. Travel Associate will manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and travel-related services for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving travel-related issues, maintaining accurate travel records, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. The role requires strong customer service skills to deliver exceptional travel experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of Corporate Travel Account experience
• Must have the same experience using GDS tools (preferably Sabre or Amadeus)
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with North American customer service expectation and culture
