Jairosoft Inc. is looking for a Senior Technical Lead to guide our engineering team and help build scalable SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coding, mentoring developers, and driving technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers and QA engineers
• Design scalable system architecture and microservices
• Build full-stack applications using Angular, NestJS, and TypeScript
• Optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases and queries
• Collaborate with product teams in an Agile environment
• Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines in Microsoft Azure

Requirements

✔ 8+ years of software development experience

✔ 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role

✔ Strong experience with Angular, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript

✔ Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server

✔ Experience with Azure and microservices architecture
