We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition to join our amazing People Department.


A Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment process within an organization. Their primary goal is to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent that aligns with the company's needs and values.


You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the talent market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and Tactical Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruitment and ensure both speed and quality of hires. Identify suitable candidates for niche and volume roles in various departments.
  • Talent Search: Search for the best talents using database checking, utilizing Boolean search operators, as well as networking and headhunting
  • Interviews: Conduct candidate interviews using targeted questions aimed at ensuring job, organization, and culture fit
  • Stakeholder Management: Understand and deliver on the needs of stakeholders which may include regular touchpoints, conducting market research, and proactive lead generation to establish a harmonious hiring process
  • Managing a recruiter admin that will assist with the operational tasks of the hiring process cycle.
  • Expectation Management: Act as intermediary for concerns between candidates and stakeholders and advise on recruitment concerns
  • Talent Mapping and Market Intelligence: Conduct talent mapping of relevant organizations to locate key candidates in specific roles
  • Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate monitoring and reporting of talent acquisition activities
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the whole hiring and onboarding process
  • Environment: Work in a dynamic environment while collaborating with the global HR team.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration or any related course
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in an Hitech environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant sourcing techniques (especially with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings) and has ability to remain current with strategic sourcing techniques and skills
  • Experience in BPO environment - a must
  • Experience in bulk hiring - a must
  • Proficient with Google Suite and can easily adapt to various tools and applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Highly organized, analytical, accurate and has strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Fluent English. Written and verbal communication skills, a team player with a positive and can-do attitude
  • Open to shift change if the need arises
