DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for addressing SAP functional issues to support the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain Operations.
- Plans, Assigns and Reviews work of junior members of the team to ensure quality and timely delivery of work.
- Monitors work progress of the team, adjusting timelines and work assignments to respond to the fluctuating workloads; Ensures that these timelines and work progress are constantly communicated to the stakeholders. Provides guidance /acts as coach to the junior members of the team.
- Primary Contact for SCM related issues and concerns.
- Identify Improvement opportunities, build proposals in System and/or process to make the process more efficient.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and recommend relevant and meaningful IT Solutions in the area handled.
- Conducts research on IT technologies & processes to recommend solutions not covered in the current ERP system.
- Works with business and other stakeholders to understand a business requirement and translate this business requirement into a blueprint process mapping in SAP.
- Works together with Data Management Group & Data Owners to facilitate transactional testing of Master Data in SAP Responsible for the following configuration and testing activities:
