A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Sr. Recruitment Specialist, you are one of the front-liners in providing excellent customer service through accurate profiling. You will work hand in hand with the HR and Operations team to endorse candidates with the right skillset for various campaigns. Your role is crucial in ensuring 100% delivery of hiring targets across all lines of business.

You are also responsible for complying with and enforcing policies and procedures designed to achieve information security. You are expected to protect all employment, personal, and sensitive personal information in accordance with company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Account Management:

Understand and manage profiles of new and existing campaigns

Align With Contractual Requirements And Compensation Details

Conduct regular calibrations with Operations and Hiring Managers

Understand operational metrics, org structure, and retention strategies

Ensure 100% fulfillment of account hiring requirements

Stakeholder & Client Management

Build effective working relationships with stakeholders

Maintain agreed processes and candidate profiles

Provide timely and relevant updates

Implement and monitor recruiting strategies

Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate with other departments on shared hiring initiatives

Reporting And Analytics

Deliver timely and accurate reports to stakeholders

Interpret recruitment data to identify trends and optimize performance

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analytics

Administrative Compliance

Follow internal processes and adhere to recruitment and HR policies

100% requisition fulfillment across all campaigns

Successful reassignment of displaced employees
