Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the planning, engineering, and performance optimization of various projects related to access and transmission networks.
Conducts validation and quality checking of technical site survey reports, walk test reports, and drive test reports.
Provides network performance optimization analysis and corresponding recommendations.
May alternatively be assigned as a Site Engineer for project implementation, as needed.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer or in a related position.
Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent technical course.
Expert understanding of indoor RF propagation principles, cellular theory, antenna theory, network testing tools, and RF engineering tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
