Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall company goals.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Monitor and evaluate product performance using key metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user experience (UX) principles.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver products within deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must be willing and able to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
