Your Role
As a Tech Lead, you will:
- Lead technical teams and mentor engineers across complex projects.
- Design and implement full-stack .NET solutions, including server-level problem solving.
- Develop digital solution architecture and oversee implementation of projects end-to-end.
- Manage CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and technical quality assurance.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to present solutions and support pre-sales technical activities.
- Ensure adherence to programming best practices, methodologies, and security principles.
- Oversee technical processes, team development, and project deliverables for high-quality outputs.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- 10+ years as a Full Stack .NET engineer with hands-on experience.
- 5+ years in digital solution architecture.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Umbraco.
- Strong DevOps background and experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and client-facing engagements.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Database programming, configuration, and management skills.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Understanding of security principles, including penetration testing.
- Ability to establish best practices and maintain quality standards across projects.
