The Sr. Marketing Supervisor will act as both functional and operational supervisor. He/she is responsible for overseeing, mentoring, and developing a pool of marketing experts in LNNA Small Law Segment. The Marketing Supervisor will help execute the following, but not limited to, Employee Performance Management, Training & Development and Reporting. He/she will also be responsible for effectively and efficiently completing all projects and tasks through effective project and stakeholder management.
Accountabilities
Marketing:
- Project Management: deliver multiple initiatives and projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor capacity of production team via project management tool
- Narrative and marketing insight provision of all ongoing LNNA Campaigns (product and segment)
- Support the Business unit and Director of Segment Marketing on creative concept development (email, newsletters, journals, direct mail, literature, white paper, articles, case studies, webinar, e-billboard, web pages, Ceros Pages, registration/landing pages) to project launch / execution and results reporting and tracking.
- Leverage existing tools and reports to assist in tracking marketing effectiveness versus objectives (campaign stats reporting, A/B test results, campaign spends, etc.)
- Support the development of monthly department executive reports, financial and customer analysis, quarterly marketing dashboards.
- Work with team to clearly communicate plans of stakeholders.
- Execute special projects/assignments on a needed basis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Operations Manager on planning and Implementation and problem solving.
- Initiate and execute process improvements for the business.
- All other adhoc tasks as assigned.
Operations
- Assist the manager in achieving or exceeding REPH key initiatives covering operational efficiency, business maturity, leadership culture, customer experience, and culture and branding.
- Ensure the services provided by the team to stakeholders and customers are within or above the set targets for quality, efficiency, and cost-effective performance.
- Provide 2nd level handling of escalation related to operational or functional issues.
- Continuous Improvement Lead and implement process improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma) for the year within or outside of own area.
- Operations Standard support compliance with established processes
- Achieve or exceed baseline target of team deliverables per business unit.
- Manage tools and resources such as hardware, software, online/offline, and materials of the employees.
- Utilize best practices in tools automation, process improvement and documentation.
- Receive, review and monitor and manage workload and assignments of his/her team.
- Mentoring, Coaching, Training, and Process Documentation and Presentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- 3 - 5 years experience in campaign management / Marketing focused experience.
- Was able to handle marketers / execute marketing two or more channels from start to finish.
- In-depth understanding of business process and operations For external hires: Business Acumen.
- Project Management, task traffic coordination (Basic to advance).
- Experienced A/B Testing.
- Knowledge in Monday.com and Pardot is a plus.
