Position Description:

  • Full cycle US recruiting
  • Source potential candidates using different platforms.
  • Perform pre-screening of candidates resume and calls the candidate to analyze applicants abilities.
  • Work with Sales team to identify qualified candidates, and then interview them in order to fill client specific requirements.
  • Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management.
  • Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the higher management.
  • Will coordinate with MMI Onboarding team for smooth onboarding of candidates.
  • Participate in conferences and meet-ups with candidates and employees of Mitchell Martin.
  • Understand KPIs and strive to meet and exceed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals
  • Other job-related duties may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of US healthcare recruiting experience
  • Full cycle recruitment experience
  • Experienced in Boolean searches
  • Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internet-based job boards.
  • Adept in sourcing candidate utilizing alternative sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Google, etc.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Manager Systems
  • Should possess excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
  • Work in a team focused competitive environment
  • Familiarity with US Tax Terms (W2, IC, Corp to Corp)
  • Knowledge of US Work Authorizations and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
