Job Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Execution
- Responsible for overall creative design solutions for advertising, branding, and visual communication projects.
- Independently complete the full design process, from concept development to final visual presentation.
- Ensure that all design works align with brand tone, market trends, and client requirements.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Work closely with copywriters, planners, marketing, and client teams to ensure the smooth implementation of design solutions.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide high-quality visual solutions.
- Oversee the quality of work from junior designers, offering guidance and mentorship.
Brand & Visual Identity Development
- Participate in building and optimizing brand visual identity systems for the company and clients.
- Explore innovative approaches to enhance the visual impact and aesthetics of design works.
Trend & Tool Research
- Keep up with design trends, emerging visual styles, and innovative design tools.
- Provide suggestions for design improvements and contribute to the creative growth of the team.
Job RequirementsEducational Background
- Bachelor's degree or above in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or related fields.
Experience
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 1 years in a senior role at an advertising agency or creative design team.
- Proven track record with successful brand design or large-scale advertising project cases.
Skills
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design software; knowledge of video and motion graphics design is a plus.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity, with the ability to stay on top of international design trends.
- Familiarity with print, digital advertising, and new media visual design requirements.
