With at least 5 years experience in architectural and civil maintenance
With experience in construction and facility repairs.
Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
Willing to be assigned at Silang, Cavite
Willing in shifting schedule
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring that the building is in good working condition, appearance and meets the safety standard. Job includes performing inspection, maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and functional working environment as well as checking of third party contractor activities.
