JOB TITLE:

Sr. Developer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Development and implementation of RADAR – Rapid Application Defect and Resolution project.

Key accountabilities include:

• Develop AI-powered features and capabilities for RADAR using Secure GPT.
• Build and maintain MCP integrations with SharePoint-hosted testing-result repositories.
• Design and optimize data ingestion and analysis workflows for testing-result intelligence.
• Ensure solution reliability, data quality, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and continuous enhancements to the RADAR platform.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of professional experience in software development, enterprise application development, or solution engineering.
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, software engineering, or enterprise architecture are an advantage.
• Training or certification in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, MCP, or intelligent automation solutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, data privacy, and governance principles.

2. Experience

• Proven experience developing AI-powered applications using LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent decision-support solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems, including SharePoint, APIs, databases, and document repositories.
• Experience implementing RAG solutions, data ingestion pipelines, and vector-based search technologies.
• Strong experience in Java and/or Python, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.
• Experience developing and deploying secure, scalable cloud-native solutions using containers and CI/CD practices.
• Experience supporting production systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving continuous improvements
