Your Role
You will:
- Pull and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Clean, model, and organize data to prepare it for analysis.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, process inefficiencies, and insights.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including contact center stats, sales performance, quality metrics, and social media sentiment.
- Maintain and manage company intranet tools, including SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Maintain existing workflows and develop new automated workflows using SQL, JQL, and Power Query.
- Observe intake queues, map processes, and implement methods for robust tracking and analysis.
- Organize scattered data sources into centralized repositories for improved accessibility.
- Provide actionable insights to the business based on data analysis and reporting trends.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Experience in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, and Tableau.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365.
- Currently enrolled in or completed a post-secondary program in computer science, statistics, commerce, or business analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a remote environment.
- Able to provide actionable business insights from data trends.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience creating automated workflows and reports.
- Familiarity with multiple BI tools and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of business processes in finance, contact centers, or customer experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across teams.
