Role Overview
Operate and improve the manual infrastructure that supports Minimum Fee Commitment (MFC) program: monitor attainment vs. committed milestones, triage commitment-related cases, coordinate with AEs/deal strategists and Finance for shortfall remediation, and produce program reporting and analytics. Program Management experience and domain knowledge of the Minimum Commitment Fee Program.
Primary Tasks/Responsibilities
- Monitor MFC portfolio: track customer attainment vs. milestones and flag shortfalls.
- Extract and reconcile data from Snowflake/Foruna/Hubble (where available) into Google Sheets tracking.
- Triage and respond to SFDC commitment cases; maintain the commitment case queue.
- Proactively notify AEs of at-risk commitments and coordinate next steps (invoice, restructure, escalate).
- Facilitate shortfall remediation with Accounts Receivable (issue invoices, termination notices) and document outcomes.
- Maintain the #commitment-deals Slack channel and answer SOP-based questions.
- Produce and distribute weekly/monthly reports: signed commitments, attainment, shortfalls, and collection pipeline.
- Support process improvements and transitional handoffs (e.g., inbound case ownership shift to deal strategists in FY'26).
Must Have Skills
- Domain familiarity with committed contract models and shortfall/collection workflows
- Operational project management: queue ownership, SLA management, stakeholder coordination
- Data extraction/reconciliation skills (Snowflake queries or working with analysts; strong spreadsheet skills)
- Clear written and verbal communication ability to work with sellers in ambiguous situations
- Case management experience (SFDC case triage and response)
- Attention to detail for contract terms, account mapping, and reconciliation
Must Have Tools
- Salesforce (case queue navigation)
- Snowflake access (ability to run or request queries) and Fortuna system familiarity
- Google Workspace Sheets (advanced), Drive, Docs.

Skills
- Subject-matter-expert level on MFC (senior role) and program-level judgment
- BI/dashboarding ability (Hubble, Looker, Data Studio) to build internal dashboards
- Collections/AR experience (invoice issuance, dunning, termination notices)
- Process improvement and automation experience (Google Apps Script, Excel VBA)
- SFDC admin skills for queue automation and filters
- Cross-region handoff design and timezone coordination experience
Tools
- Data Studio, or other BI tooling connected to Snowflake
- Simple scripting tools (Google Apps Script, Python, Excel VBA)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in a deal support role, ideally in a tech environment
- Proven track record in successfully owning and delivering manual and automated processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering to improve internal processes
- Strong business judgment and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with limited direction and solve problems with minimal oversight
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven analyses and influence outcomes
