Role Description

  • Support and help define the country's sales strategy and geographic coverage.
  • Manage strategic accounts and key programs within the country.
  • Ensure the achievement of the Pure Storage country quota (hardware, software, and services) in line with the Comstor budget, with direct responsibility for quarterly target attainment.
  • Review and refine the Pure Storage sales strategy within the country.
  • Take ownership of sales targets, develop reliable sales forecasts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare monthly reports and presentations for senior management to support planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee overall sales performance, including orders, revenue, profit, and cost management.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with company culture, values, and growth objectives.
  • Achieve the initial Sales-In target of USD 1.5M to USD 2M for FY26.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key Pure Storage stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the implementation of strategic goals and provide direction to support the organization's vision, mission, and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales strategies, and revenue generation
  • Strong understanding of storage solutions, specifically PureStorage or similar technology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience in building strategic partnerships and leading cross-functional collaborations
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the IT Distribution industry and experience in solution selling are highy preferred
