Job Title: Sr. Associate-Ops (GDS)
Location: Metro Manila
Work Mode: Shift Schedule (Onsite)
Required
- Must be a high school graduate
- Must have at least 1-year GDS experience (preferably Sabre and Amadeus) in a BPO setting.
- Proficient in using GDS Cryptic/Native commands to book and manage travel arrangements
- Excellent communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Can start ASAP
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our travelers
- Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS
- Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
