You will be reporting in our newly established Integrated Shared Service entity in the Philippines. (100% onsite work arrangement in our BGC, Philippines office)

We are currently seeking a Senior Assistant for Accounts Payable to join our internal Finance team. This team operates as part of a multinational finance organization committed to best-in-class practices and exceptional service quality.

About the Role

The Senior Assistant for Accounts Payable will be responsible for accurate and timely recording of incoming documents in line with internal policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements. The role may also involve contributing to the development of posting processes. In addition, this position will support the processing of expense reports and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the business, providing administrative support when needed.

The role includes participation in processing payments through the ERP and banking systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper follow-up of all CCEP payment proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality services to key internal customers. Research and resolve customer service cases within established service level agreements.
  • Ensures that the daily activities, within his/her responsibilities and teams responsibilities, are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Finance controller and desktop procedures
  • Support improvement projects: supply the necessary information, makes analysis, tests, attend meetings, etc.
  • Control that CCEP local legal requirements are followed while processing the groups Intercompany and overhead invoices, all incoming documents and also ensure that all policies and regulations are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, tax requirements etc.)
  • Understand and apply CCEP Source to Pay and T&E policy uniformly across the local BUs
  • Provide advice on Accounts Payable processes and policy application where require
  • Ensure all invoices are assigned to correct the cost centers providing accurate accounting, tracking, reporting and audit trails
  • Support the Finance controller to provide reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc basis (intercompany, auto posting, rejected invoices, key suppliers)
  • Control that Coca-Cola Europacific Partner's (CCEP) local and global travel and expenses policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
  • Provide advice on T&E processes and policy application where required
  • Assure that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for the processing and controlling of advance Travel payments
  • Responsible for Travel administration: post processing of travel expense run, update of travel expense reporting, complying with all local legal requirements of the employee T&E processing.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years STP/Accounts Payable/ experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
  • Experience of creating, managing and analyzing records/data through computerized systems
  • Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP
  • Strong Excel knowledge
