We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst Programmer TIBCO to join our Automation and Integration team. This role involves delivering analysis, development, and technical support across multiple projects. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure timely project delivery, and communicate updates while maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities- Provide support primarily using TIBCO technology.
- Troubleshoot existing export jobs (SQL Server + SSIS, Oracle).
- Perform report troubleshooting, management, and delivery (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Handle CLX/VisionX catalog and pricing management.
- Conduct API integration debugging.
- Deliver analysis, programming, and support for multiple projects while ensuring timely completion and continuous stakeholder communication.
- Identify root causes of issues, implement solutions, and take preventive actions to avoid recurrence
- Document development work, including findings and resolutions, proactively.
Qualifications:
- 35+ yearsof experience in analysis and development usingTIBCO technologies.
- Strong expertise inTIBCO BW,TIBCO Designer,TIBCO Administrator, andTIBCO EMS.
- Knowledge ofTIBCO BC,TIBCO BE, andTIBCO Spotfireis an advantage.
- Basic proficiency inUNIXcommands and scripting.
- Basic SQL scripting knowledge.
- Ability to support and develop applications based on stakeholder issues and requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Serviceoriented mindset with strong communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork.
- Selfstarter capable of managing multiple tasks, priorities, and adapting to changing workloads.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities; able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
