Job Description

Job Description:

  • Coordinate supplies and inventory management for Shopee Xpress across all PH locations
  • Responsible for managing, identifying and coordinating any services, purchases and/or other requirements from the Shopee Xpress team
  • Work with the Shopee Procurement team to source, develop, evaluate, and forecast procurement requirements
  • Oversee contract implementation and supplier performance/interaction
  • Facilitate and lead strategic resource planning sessions with key internal stakeholders
  • Develop, track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
  • Expect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Support other procurement activities as directed by management

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working experience procurement, inventory management, client relation and negotiation.
  • Preferably with relevant background in E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Warehouse setting
  • Graduate of BS degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field is preferred
  • Skilled in supply planning and allocation
  • Able to build strong working relations with hubs and coordinate all supply requests
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
  • Experience in collecting and analysing data
  • Willing to work on-site in Calamba, Laguna
