Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in San Fernando. The primary responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children. The role involves creating individualized therapy plans, working collaboratively with families and other professionals, documenting progress, and adapting therapies to meet the unique needs of each child. The position requires a compassionate approach and a commitment to improving children's overall communication abilities and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and knowledge of associated therapeutic practices
• Ability to assess and treat Speech, Language Disorders, and Communication Disorders
• Strong understanding of child development and expertise in addressing pediatric needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the relevant jurisdiction
• Previous pediatric therapy experience is highly advantageous
