Our Global Operating Center located in Manila is pivotal to enhancing the Firm's operational efficiency and streamlining legal and business services support across our global network. Our center provides comprehensive administrative, financial and operational services across office operations, compliance and new business, finance, technology, human resources, innovation and marketing. By centralizing these critical functions, the center ensures consistency and quality in service delivery while reducing operational costs. Position Summary

As a Production Design Specialist, you work on diverse projects with a strong focus on multi-page static layouts. You combine production accuracy with creative problem-solving, translating client briefs into clear visual solutions across a range of static formats. You manage multiple requests, coordinate with stakeholders across time zones and ensure deliverables are on brand, on time and to a high standard.

You are experienced in handling complex documents and campaigns, comfortable working with lawyers and business professionals, and able to shift between detailed production work and more conceptual layout development when needed. You also work within shared design systems and collaborative platforms to explore layouts, present options and align with stakeholders during the design process.

Role Focus

The Production Design Specialist focuses on core production and graphic design for multi-page corporate materials, including brochures, reports, pitch documents and proposals, event materials and other marketing-related assets.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-value and high-impact creative projects, ensuring collaboration, clear communication and timely delivery across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Translate client briefs into visual solutions, clarifying objectives, audiences and key messages
  • Design and produce multi-page documents and other materials, including brochures, reports, pitch documents, proposals, event materials, social media graphics and related collateral
  • Create custom layouts and adapt existing templates to meet specific content and branding needs while maintaining consistency with firm guidelines
  • Develop visual concepts from initial idea through to final output
  • Prepare and optimize assets in Photoshop and Illustrator, working with complex and layered files
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality by reviewing and proofreading visual materials for layout consistency, brand compliance and technical correctness
  • Manage multiple projects at once, prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, request-driven environment
  • Communicate with requestors in a timely, clear and professional manner, including clarifying briefs, managing expectations and handling feedback constructively
  • Collaborate with other designers, writers, marketing and business development teams and colleagues in other offices on shared projects and global initiatives
  • Adhere to brand and visual identity guidelines and contribute to consistent application across all deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to refine production processes, templates and file setups to improve the team's output quality and ways of working
  • Maintain organized file management and version control for working, final and archived files

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of production/graphic design experience with a strong focus on multi-page layouts (brochures, reports, long documents); experience in animations and motion graphics for corporate or professional contexts (e.g. explainer videos, presentation animations, event graphics) is an advantage.
  • Experience in shared services and/or publishing; experience in professional services, legal, consulting or banking is an advantage
  • Strong portfolio showing multi-page print/digital work and animation/motion projects for corporate communication
  • Advanced Adobe Suite experience (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) skills for layout, compositing and asset preparation for static and motion
  • Strong Figma experience in working with design systems, UI mockups and layout exploration
  • Experience in Adobe After Effects (creating animations from scratch) and Adobe Premiere Pro (basic video editing, audio sync and final outputs) is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management (managing feedback, clarifying briefs, setting timelines)
  • Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects with high attention to detail
  • Collaborative, adaptable, open to feedback and proactive in solving problems and improving ways of working

Opportunity

Production Design Specialists can deepen their expertise in complex multi-page production and corporate motion design and play a key role in strengthening Creative Services capability in high-quality corporate design. The role offers opportunities to lead projects, partner closely with business stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing development of design practices, templates and standards within the team.

Location and Reporting

This position is based in Manila and reports to the Manila Studio Operations Manager.
