- Identifying gaps in efficient process workflow and suggesting steps for supplier quality process improvement.
- Collecting, preparing, and analyzing data for corrective action and process improvement.
- Supporting production operations and critical business situations.
- Ensuring materials and products meet defined product specifications and standards.
- Documenting the results of all inspections.
- Reviewing, compiling, and analyzing information to prepare reports.
- Developing and revising new material specifications.
- Investigating quality issues to identify root causes and ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
- Playing an active role in the development of inspection requirements.
- Analyzing all customer feedback for trends and continuous improvement.
What will help you thrive in this role
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related field
- Relevant quality certification preferred
- 6-10 years of relevant experience (required)
- Working knowledge of quality tools, methods, and concepts (required)
- Sound knowledge of regulatory standards
- Proficiency in related systems and software
