The Position
The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of master data maintenance requests for customer and vendor data. The position plays a critical part in safeguarding data quality, supporting business continuity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This may include working in shifts to support global operations.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Process master data maintenance and mass change requests accurately and within defined service levels.
- Perform continuous data and process quality checks, including workflow monitoring, deduplication, data validation, and testing.
- Conduct rule based verification of critical data, including direct coordination with requestors when required.
- Independently coordinate, clarify, and execute mass change requests and related report requirements.
- Support check and correction activities to ensure high data integrity across systems.
- Ensure all assigned activities are carried out in full compliance with GxP and internal regulatory standards.
