As a Specialist Documentation in our Quality team uncover the root causes behind every single error, drive transformational improvements, and implement forward thinking solutions to ensure our products exceed the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Administer and maintain the Document Management System to ensure effective control of documents throughout their lifecycle
- Perform formal check task on each document submission to the system
- Manage document structure, user access, version control, and workflow processes (review and approval)
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Min. Degree in Business Administration / Information Management / Engineering or a related field
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in document control or managing a document management system
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in handling document version control, workflow processes and user access management are preferred
- Familiarity with electronic document management system and audit requirements is an added advantage
- Good command of English (written and spoken) to manage documentation and communication effectively
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
