Job Description

As a B2B Outbound Sales Representative for Concentrix Philippines, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales efforts. Working in our modern offices in Quezon City, Bridgetowne (onsite), you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential business customers to promote our range of innovative products and services. This is a full-time, on-site position offering excellent salary and benefits

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential business customers to introduce our offerings

  • Qualifying leads and identifying sales opportunities

  • Presenting our products and services in a compelling manner

  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales

  • roviding exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships

  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business decision-makers

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

  • A driven, competitive mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets

  • Fluency in English and the local language(s)
