Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for a Store Pretzel Specialist/Cashier/Baker/Roller. The role involves managing store operations, handling cash register transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities also include food preparation, baking, cookie and bread production, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure excellent customer service. The individual will also serve as a brand ambassador while engaging with customers and promoting products in-store.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bakery and baking processes
• Experience in food preparation, including pretzels and bread
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage store operations
• Flexibility for on-site work location in North EDSA
• Previous experience in a retail or restaurant setting is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in culinary arts are a plus
