Requirements
- Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize to quickly respond to clients and sellers
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Must be proficient in Excel functions and shortcuts
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures
- A background in customer service is a plus
- Able to work the graveyard shift
- Experience with third-party marketplaces (online commerce) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Direct Client communication and meeting various client demands
- Communicating with Amazon sellers via email or call
- Understanding all aspects of the projects including working with multiple departments,
- maintaining, monitoring, and summarizing project progress
- Effectively respond to client issues that arise through management reporting weekly and
- Monthly
- Updates internal tools like spreadsheets
- Recommending improvements to current processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
