Job Description

The Special Project Admin Assistant provides clerical and administrative work which involves various tasks that support smooth functioning of the organization. This involves data encoding, document management, filing, and office support.

  • Manage the implementation of NamNam Rice Benefit Distribution Project.
  • Ensure data encoding and rice inventory are accurate.
  • Collaborate with the Special Project team to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Manage client expectations by providing customer services.
  • Filing management champion.
  • College graduate or with at least one (1) year experience in administrative work or data encoding.
  • Computer literate and Excel proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with less supervision
  • Must be able to multitask
