WITH EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
- Experience in sales administration, logistics support, or a commercial office environment is beneficial, but entry-level candidates with excellent organizational skills are welcome
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high level of accuracy in data handling
- Handle all documentation related to parts ordering, receiving, invoicing, and dealer accounts
- Manage the order process for dealers, ensuring parts are verified, documented, and processed correctly
- Serve as the primary contact for dealer inquiries regarding parts availability, order tracking, and delivery issues
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for parts inventory adjustments and sales transactions in the system
