Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Spanish Speaking Case Manager. The Spanish Speaking Case Manager will handle day-to-day tasks including case management, medical records management, document drafting, client communication, evidence gathering, and liaising with legal professionals. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience in case management, document drafting, and evidence gathering
  • Medical Records Management experience is a requirement
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
  • Familiarity with legal software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus
