Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao del Sur for a Spanish Bilingual professional at Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and support in both English and Spanish, managing customer queries via various channels such as phone, chat, and email, and assisting in resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities include recording and processing customer information, providing product or service details, addressing concerns, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be expected to liaise with team members and maintain accurate records of customer interactions while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centered approach
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and time management capabilities
  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service setting is a plus
  • Proficiency in customer support channels, including phone systems, email, and live chat, is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer relations is beneficial
