About The Role
OfficePartners360 is hiring Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our valued retail clients. This role involves assisting customers via calls, chats, and emails in both English and Spanish, delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates based elsewhere in the Philippines are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English and Spanish
- Provide accurate information about orders, products, and account details
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to address escalations promptly
- Adhere to company and client service standards at all times
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu and in a shifting schedule
- Can start immediately or within short notice
- Open to relocation if based elsewhere in the Philippines
