Sourcing Specialist SME level - Cebu onsite

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in BPO Recruitment particularly in Sourcing
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel. Familiarity in using PivotTables, Index & Match, LOOKUP, etc.
• Must have clear understanding of reporting day-to-day recruitment performance.
• Must have experience in directly working with Recruitment Operations and other counterparts.
• Must be willing to work on full onsite and midshift
• Must have exposure in hiring different agent profiles like ITHD, Healthcare, Financial, Logistics, Generic CS, etc.
