Your Role
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be the engine of our recruitment pipeline by:
- Identifying and attracting top-tier talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and niche professional networks.
- Utilizing Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates for specialized roles.
- Conducting initial outreach and screening to gauge candidate interest, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand specific role requirements and refine search strategies.
What You Need
We are looking for talent hunters who are persistent, creative, and highly organized.
Non-negotiables
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment support, or lead generation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong ability to navigate social media and professional databases to find hidden talent.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
- Work Preference: Willingness to work in a hybrid setup at our Eastwood site and commit to a Day Shift schedule.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Boolean search and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Background in high-volume sourcing or headhunting for specialized industries.
