Sourcing Specialist
Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team)

What you'll do
- Source and engage talent: Identify and connect with candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and networking. Reach out through email, phone, and other platforms to build interest and maintain engagement.
- Build and manage pipelines: Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Keep candidate information organized and up to date.
- Screen and assess candidates: Review profiles to evaluate skills, experience, and fit for open roles before passing them to recruiters.
- Collaborate with hiring teams: Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on role requirements, priorities, and sourcing strategies.
- Track performance and market insights: Monitor sourcing activity, pipeline health, and key metrics using ATS and sourcing tools. Stay updated on market trends and talent availability to improve sourcing strategies.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruiting support
- Experience using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases)
- Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Boolean search techniques
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
