Role Description

iOPEX Technologies is seeking a motivated Sourcing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, Philippines. The Sourcing Specialist will manage the end-to-end process of candidate sourcing. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential candidates. The role also involves collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless hiring process and maintaining effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve sourcing strategies and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with candidates
• Proficiency in processes to secure favorable terms with candidates.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the IT, Sales or digital services industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of market trends, talent acquisition tools, and sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related fields is an advantage.
• at least a year of Sourcing experience.
