Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Utilize digital channels such as social media, job boards, and other open sources to identify and attract potential job seekers. Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for entry-level call center agent positions.
  • Application Conversion: Ensure that generated leads turn into actual applications by providing guidance and support throughout the application process. Follow up with candidates to encourage continued application and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage social media posts promoting job opportunities. Develop visually appealing and engaging promotional materials to attract applicants.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed and engaged. Provide assistance and answer queries related to the application process.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation, application conversion, and social media engagement. Analyze data to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall performance.

Qualifications
