Job Description

The Recruitment Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in driving the talent acquisition strategy for a BPO company. This position is responsible for leading and managing the sourcing team, designing effective sourcing plans, and ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the dynamic staffing needs of the organization. The Recruitment Sourcing Manager collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to achieve hiring goals and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sourcing Strategies:

Create, implement, and optimize sourcing strategies tailored to the BPO industry, focusing on high-volume recruitment for roles such as customer service representatives, technical support agents, and back-office staff.

  • Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sourcing specialists, setting performance targets, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback to ensure high productivity and effectiveness.

  • Talent Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and campus recruitment.

  • Market Intelligence:

Stay abreast of labor market trends, competitor activities, and talent availability in the BPO sector to inform sourcing strategies and advise stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand staffing requirements, prioritize requisitions, and deliver timely sourcing solutions.

  • Candidate Engagement:

Design and execute candidate engagement campaigns to attract passive talent, enhance employer branding, and foster a positive candidate experience.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track key sourcing metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness), analyze data, and present regular reports to management to inform decision-making.

  • Process Improvement:

Continuously review and refine sourcing processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

  • Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, and promote best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in Talent Acquisition preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
  • Strong understanding of BPO industry dynamics, job roles, and talent pools.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing techniques, Boolean search, social recruiting, and candidate relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
